1.2. Account & Subscription Data

If you choose to use the Extension or upgrade to the Pro version, we manage your access using a secure backend.

• Collection: We securely transmit your Club Royale member number (extracted from the webpage) to our backend servers.
• Usage: Your Club Royale number acts as an anonymous identifier to track your "free parse" quota and to verify the status of your Pro subscription.
• Storage: This identifier is stored on our secure backend infrastructure hosted by Firebase (Google Cloud).

1.3. Community Analytics Data (Parsed Offer Snapshots)

To help all users see broader Club Royale offer trends — such as how free play, perks, and ship offerings vary by tier and across the points cycle — the Extension also transmits each parse of your offers to our backend for aggregated analytics.

• What we collect each time you parse offers: the list of offers shown to you (offer code, offer name, expiry, comp/dollars-off/free-play details, perks, and the sailings/ships/lengths/prices associated with each offer); your Club Royale tier (Choice, Prime, Signature, or Masters); your tier credits and current points balance if visible on the page; your Club Royale member number; and an anonymous browser identifier.
• Why we collect it: to compute community-wide statistics about Royal Caribbean casino offers (median free play by tier, perk distributions, ship availability over time, etc.) and to let you view your own offer history over time if you choose to enable the analytics dashboard.
• How your Club Royale number is used: your Club Royale number is stored alongside each snapshot so that you can retrieve your own history if you enable the analytics dashboard. It is never exposed in community/aggregate views — only summary statistics (e.g. "median Prime member"), never per-user data, are shown to other users or in any public report.
• Collection is universal: snapshots are recorded whether or not you enable the analytics dashboard in the Extension. The dashboard toggle controls only your ability to view the analytics; it does not control collection. You can stop collection entirely by uninstalling the Extension.
• Retention: snapshots are kept for 24 months and then automatically deleted.
• Storage: snapshots are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud).

2. Third Parties and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any of your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following trusted service providers necessary for the Extension's operation:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): We use Firebase Cloud Functions to verify subscription statuses and manage user quotas. The only data transmitted is your Club Royale member number.
• Stripe: If you choose to upgrade to the Pro tier, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We pass your Club Royale member number to Stripe to securely tie your payment to your extension access. We do not collect or store your credit card information. 3. Your Consent

By installing and using the RC Club Royale Offers Parser, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy. You may stop the collection of local data at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

4. Data Retention

Locally stored data (your parsed offers and preferences) is retained on your device until you clear your browser data or uninstall the Extension. Subscription data stored on our backend (your Club Royale number and subscription status) is retained for as long as needed to maintain your access and comply with accounting requirements.
